Eric D. Thomas, LLC

It has been my strongest impetus to best serve the clients of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. for more than a decade with professionalism, pride, and integrity.  My objective is solely predicated upon the idealism of helping Americans live a better lifestyle, as a result of having a title being as simple as “homeowner”.   My proudest moments in life as a professional has always been to unravel the problems of a client and hear them tell me how I must have been “God Sent” or a “Blessing”, as a result of allowing them to sleep better at night.  Meanwhile, providing what are generally expensive services for an inexpensive price, yet at the same time never compromising an ounce of competence, quality or professionalism.   Over time, I have found that the same Estate issues that exist with Pennsylvanians also existed with people located in other States as well, which ultimately has led to me expanding and broadening the horizons for clients in other States where they found a connectivity through heir ship.

In the United States of America, more so today, as oppose to yesterday it is more important to protect the assets, wealth, and inheritance of every family.  It is a known and proven fact that proper legal documents protect family assets, wealth, heirlooms, and inheritances in the best way ever.  As a result of the aforementioned facts above, hence, the needs for my business providing those very same services to the public to better assist them with protection in writing.  Since the family structure is a core and essential root to every human being’s existence, yet many family members have become incensed with one another, because of deceased family members dying “intestate” (without a Last Will and Testament) which has become the founding and underlying basis as to why family members quarrel over worldly assets, heirlooms, or wealth left behind by deceased family members without a Last Will and Testament.  In addition, residents of many Townships, Cities, Counties, and States have been involved in issues requiring them to speak on someone’s behalf to fight matters stemming from gentrification issues or other legal issues that led to the result of the taking of land, due to them not having their legal right of entitlement documented on paper and in accordance to State Statutes which could have prevented a family member from losing their property.

Overall, there are countless situations that may arise which would require having a need for possessing Power of Attorney documents, Last Will and Testaments, Contracts, Title Deed transfers, or Living Wills in order to prevent issues or unfortunate situations, ultimately creating major problems that can only be virtually impossible to correct.
